Why this matters to me

PTSD matters to me because for 5 generations men in my family have been in the forces in the navy or army. 2 of those 5 have been affected by wars. One got lung cancer and died the other is half deaf and is alive. We all have traditions in our family's that make you want to be one thing or the other. I  plan to continue trying to spread awareness of PTSD and to try to guide people to the WWP and other organizations.

What PTSD causes

PTSD causes mental instability in people who have gone through traumatic experiences and makes them feel terrible about themselves and in some cases suicidal. In one case Chris Kyle a once seal team sniper was at a shooting range with a PTSD patient and he shot Chris Kyle in the back. PTSD should be feared not just accepted It is a danger to the public.

Explaining the WWP

The Wounded Warrior Project is a organization based solely on helping veterans who are disabled injured or families who lost a loved one in a war. They provide treatment to any soldier who needs it. If you donate money they provide you with a blanket and small accessories to give thanks to you.
